We all need more good referees, adults and kids, and now it’s your chance to stop complaining and show them how!! Referees course right at Keirle Park, next Wed 18th May. Last opportunity to do the course in 2016. For parents who want to understand the rules better, or referee a game before or after their child plays. For kids (13 years or older) who want to pick up pocket money doing minis (U8-9) or SJRU (U10-12) games.
A fast-paced 3 hour course that packs in all you need to know. The Roos will pay the $30 registration fee. To register:
1) Go to the ARU’s Rugby Portal — Click REGISTER button on the PDF, or go straight to https://rugby.force.com/rugbyportal/
2) Register or Log in — Enter your ARU ID or email address and password to login.
If this is your first time or you’ve forgotten your password, enter your email address and follow the prompts.
3) Once into the Rugby Portal, click on the (green) “pass through to the Rugby Learning Centre as . . .” button.
4) Once in the Rugby Learning Centre, go to “browse learning” and search for “refereeing kids” (or just “refereeing”).
5) Click on the Refereeing Kids Rugby catalogue item.
6) Scroll down to select the session you want to attend (Keirle Park on 18 May).
7) Scroll back up and hit “Enrol”. That will then take you through agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment.
